Open flying:  Friday 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Registration: Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am until noon or end of first round flying.
Static Judging: Friday 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm & Saturday 8:00 am until finished.
Flying begins at 9:00 am on Saturday. Pilots meeting at 8:30 am at the airstrip. Flying begins at 9:00 am Sunday.

   Two Divisions by type of aircraft
      Division One – For aircraft where the prototype has retracting landing gear, has more than one mechanical option or was designed specifically for racing. (Basically metal skinned).
      Division Two – For aircraft where the prototype has fixed landing gear, has no more than one mechanical option or was not designed specifically for racing. (Basically fabric covered).
   CD reserves the right to reassign the class to meet the rule’s intent.
   Advanced and Novice (Strictly entry-level).
Foamy Scale
   Electric-only, all foam. One class, seven maneuvers, and one can be a mechanical option.

Costs

Entry fee: $35.00 first event, and $20.00 for additional events. One entry only per event. The same model may not be entered in more than one event.
Team Scale $35.00. One entry per team. Team scale models may not be entered in other events. The builder and pilot must be in attendance.
Foamy Scale $10.00
Shelter space is first-come, first-serve unless you reserve one for $20.00.

2025 R/C Scale Nationals and F4C/H Team Trials Schedule:

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT have ACCESS to SITE 4 until AFTER R/C Helicopters are finished on Wednesday, July 9th. 
All R/C Scale Contestants MUST BE checked in by 8:00 AM Friday, July 11th! Check-in is at the Farm House.
 
AMA R/C Scale Nationals dates are July 10th through the 13th. F4C/H flight judging is on the 13th and 14th, following the R/C Scale awards presentation on Sunday.

Thursday, July 10 – Site 4
Site 4 will be open for practice 
8:00am -12:00pm           Static judging for F4C
12:00pm – ??                  Static judging for F4B 
12:00pm – 4:00pm-ish    Static judging is available for all AMA static classes. Please take advantage and get static judged on Thursday
 
Friday, July 11 – Site 4
8:00 AM Check-in deadline at the farmhouse! 
8:30am         Pilots meeting, Static judging for all AMA static classes and F4H starts immediately following. Site 4 will be open for practice. 
2:00pm         AMA Scale Round 1 begins. The field will be open for flying at the end of the round. Contest models will have priority in the airspace 
6:00pm        Pizza Party!! 
 
Saturday, July 12 – Site 4
8:30am          Pilots meeting. Round 2 begins right after the meeting 
1:30pm          Round 3 begins.  The field will be open for flying at the end of the round. Contest models will have priority in the airspace.
7:00-9:00pm  Banquet at the Clubhouse Muncie. 115 S. Walnut Street
 
Sunday, July 13 – Site 4
8:30am             Pilots Meeting. Round 4 begins right after the meeting.    
12:00pm-ish     Awards (this time likely to change)
1:30pm            Team Trials Round 1 begins F4C/H

8:30am         Pilots Meeting. F4C/H Rounds continue. Team selection announcements at the conclusion of flying.
